Organized by the Taipei Computer Association (TCA) and inaugurated to a premier gaming event in 2003, the Taipei Game Show (TGS) is an annual video gaming event in Asia that attracts hundreds of thousands of gamers and enthusiasts of video game industry as the the largest gaming exhibition in Taiwan, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for gamers and providing the best promotional platform for video game developers and publishers from around the world.

Debuted in Manila last August 18 to 20, 2023, hosted at the SMX Convention Center, and organized by CBZN Perspective and the Game Developers Association of the Philippines (GDAP), the Philippine Gamedev Expo (PGDX) is a platform that gives opportunity to local indie video game developers to showacse their talent and show around the world their professionalism in video game industry. It is also regarded as the biggest game development expo in the Philippines.

Since its original inauguration at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany in the year 2009, Gamescom is a trade fair for video games that can be eventaully held every year and became the largest gaming event in the world.

Originally exhibited on September 27–29, 2002 and called the Mid-Atlantic Gaming Festival, the MAGFest (Music And Gaming Festival) is a non-profit organization and video game, art, music, and culture festival that annually holds multiple events, such as Super MAGFest, MAGLabs, and MAGWest.

PAX West annually holds the local event there in Seattle Convention Center, Seattle, Washington, USA as the original location since its inauguration in the year 2004 as the "Penny Arcade Expo", but quickly referred to its acronym as "PAX". There in the city of Seattle, it was renamed to PAX Prime in 2010 and then PAX West in 2015.

Originally held on March 26-28, 2010 as the first event in Northeastern USA, PAX East annually takes place at Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, located in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

First held at Melbourne Showgrounds on July 19–21, 2013, PAX Australia would eventually hold at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, every year.

Every year, PAX Unplugged holds the event at Pennsylvania Convention Center since its inauguration on November 17–19, 2017.
